West System 205 Hardener – Fast-Curing Epoxy Hardener

205 Hardener is the most common hardener in the West System range and provides fast curing with maximum strength in a short time. When one part by weight of 205 Hardener is mixed with five parts by weight of 105 Base, an exceptionally strong plastic is created with excellent protection against moisture penetration. Excellent combination with fiberglass fabric.

Properties:

• Fast curing – reaches maximum strength in a short time

• Can be mixed by weight or volume (5:1)

Technical data:

• Potency time at 25°C: 10–15 minutes
• Curing time to solid plastic at 21°C: 5–7 hours
• Curing time to full strength at 21°C: 5–7 days
