SMART SOLAR fans are 215 mm wide, with a height of 35 mm above the surface after installation. All models fit into a round opening with a maximum diameter of 125 mm and can be turned off manually. The fans should be installed in a sunny location, as performance depends on the light levels available during the day. These fan models deliver up to 25m³ per hour.
The model with a stainless steel cover is also equipped with a NiMH battery (micro cell / AAA) that is charged during the day.
By pressing the "Boost" button in the evening, the fan can be powered for about 10 minutes by the battery. The fan switches off automatically after this period of time.
