Original Quicksilver oil filter for MerCruiser 4, 6, and 8-cylinder inboard engines. Designed for superior filtration, protecting your engine against harmful contaminants. Features a robust construction and corrosion-resistant finish.

Compatibility:

• Intended for most MerCruiser engines (inline 4 and 6, GM V-6 and V-8) with remote-mounted oil filters.
• Fits engine series: 2.5L, 3.0L, 4.3L, 5.0L, 5.7L, 6.2L, and 7.4L.
• Also fits older GM-based Volvo Penta (replaces OEM 835440-9) and OMC (replaces OEM 502901, 502902, 173233).
• Compatible with Crusader engines (replaces OEM 201104).
• NOTE: Does NOT fit engines where the oil filter is mounted directly onto the engine block.

Maintenance: Recommended to be replaced during every oil change, normally after 100 hours of operation or at least once a year. Replaces previous part number 866340Q02.
