Owatrol Marine D-2 – Mirror Finish and Maximum Protection for Precious Wood

A clear high gloss oil specially formulated for marine woodwork above the waterline, both exterior and interior. Provides an outstanding high gloss finish and highlights the wood's natural grain and depth. Used as a top coat over Owatrol Marine D-1.

Properties:

• High gloss surface – extremely glossy finish with the flexibility of oil
• Hard-wearing barrier against water, salt and UV radiation
• Will not peel or crack
• Easy maintenance – no sanding to clean wood when touching up
• Flexible formula – moves with the wood and minimizes moisture penetration

Usage tips:

• Always apply to wood that has first been saturated with Owatrol Marine D-1
• Apply at least 6 coats for the characteristic high gloss effect
• For maintenance: wash lightly and recoat D-2
