Mirka Abralon – Flexible Abrasive Material ø150

Abralon is a unique, versatile and patented abrasive material developed for flexible and compliant sanding of both flat and profiled surfaces. The flexible fabric allows water and air to pass through freely – suitable for both dry and wet sanding, by machine or by hand.

Application areas:

• Finishing and pre-polishing of gelcoat, SMC, GRP and paints

Coarser grain sizes – recommended for:

• Surface treatment of composite body parts
• Fine sanding of the body surface before primer or topcoat

Fineer grain sizes – suitable for:

• Smoothing of primers and base coats
• Preparation of metal surfaces
• Sanding down orange surfaces
• Processing of the top coat before polishing
