Epifanes Rapidclear – Fast-drying varnish for all types of wood

Epifanes Rapidclear is a fast-drying and effective alternative to traditional varnish systems. Especially developed for those who need to apply multiple coats in a short time without compromising on protection. The result is a high-quality, semi-gloss surface that provides long-term protection for the wood on both boats and other weather-exposed areas.

Properties & Advantages:

• Quick drying: Can be overcoated after just 5–6 hours (at 20°C)
• No intermediate sanding: Saves valuable time
• Maximum UV protection: Based on modified alkyd resin with a highly effective UV filter
• High adhesion: Works excellently on oily wood types such as teak and prevents discoloration
• Flexible & Durable: Water-repellent surface that follows the movements of the wood without cracking

Use & Substrate:

• Pretreatment: The wood must be dry (moisture content below 5%), cleaned and sanded with paper no. 180
• Important: The product should not be thinned
• Interior/Exterior: Excellent for both interior and exterior use
• 3–4 coats recommended
