Epifanes Teak Varnish Superior – High-gloss varnish for fine wood

Teak Varnish Superior is a traditional high-gloss varnish based on an exclusive blend of modified linseed oil, Chinese wood oil and phenolic resins. It is specially formulated to give a warm, deep shine to oily woods such as teak and American pine, but works excellently on all woods such as mahogany and oak.

Properties & Advantages:

• Extreme adhesion: Particularly good adhesion on oily and resinous wood types.
• UV protection: Contains an effective filter that protects the wood against sunlight and harsh climatic conditions.
• Deep-acting: Penetrates deep into the fibers and provides a very resistant surface.
• Clear finish: The varnish looks milky white in the can but dries to a completely clear and mirror-like surface.

Areas of use:

Suitable for all wood above the waterline, both interior and exterior. Perfect for boat decks, floorboards, benches, boat interiors, dining tables, garage doors and garden furniture.

• Volume: 500 ml
• Coverage: Approx. 12 m² per liter.
• Drying time (20°C): Dust-dry after 3 hours, sandable/overcoatable after 24 hours.
• Intermediate sanding: Not required if new layer is applied within 72 hours.
• Thinning: Epifanes Brush Thinner (brush/roller) or Spray Thinner (spray).
