Grill sapphire roaster

SAfire is a smart and practical portable grill. Add a grill briquette and let it glow for about three minutes. Put on the grill plate and let it heat up for about 4-6 minutes and the grill is ready to use. (With regular grill charcoal or briquettes, wait approx. 25 minutes until the charcoal/briquettes turn grey).

The grill can be used pretty much everywhere as it stays cool on the outside. On the rock face, on the dining table, in the forest, yes, anywhere without you having to be afraid that the grill will ignite something. The grill surface is 26 cm in diameter.

GRILL
Grill on the "grooved" side of the "non-stick" treated grill plate. Grilling can be done both with and without a lid. With the lid on, the grill works like an oven and everything up to about 2.5 kg can be oven-roasted.

FRY
Remove the lid and turn the grill plate with smooth side up. The grill has now become a frying pan for e.g. eggs and bacon, mince steaks, etc.

BAKING
With the lid on, your grill also functions as an oven. You can now bake bread, pizza, etc.

Specifications / Features
The SAfire Roaster weighs only 3.5 kg which makes it easy to transport. As the lid can be locked, it is both easy to carry and safe to use.

Made of high-quality stainless steel, type 201, which is approved for food products and guarantees durability and optimal surface finish.

Handle and legs are made of 30% glass-filled nylon.

The back plate is made of aluminum and coated with a non-stick material.

The grill's unique design allows 2 hours of cooking with only 300 gr of charcoal/briquettes, which makes it extremely economical and cheap to use.

SAfire Roaster´ s enclosed combustion chamber and grease collection zone reduce flames and smoke to a minimum. In addition, the accumulation of fat makes cooking with the SAfire Roaster much healthier than with other types of grills.
